SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • New Zealand tracked Courier Delivery – flat rate NZ$6 per order.
  • New Zealand FREE delivery – for orders over NZ$100.
  • Australia via Air Mail (no tracking) – flat rate NZ$10 (approx.AU$9).
  • Australia via Air Mail (with tracking) – flat rate NZ$15 (approx.AU$14).
  • USA and Canada via Air Post (no tracking) – flat rate NZ$19 (approx. US$14, CA$18).
  • Australia, USA, Canada FREE delivery – for orders over NZ$129 (approx. equivalent $119 AUD, $95 USD, $119 CAD).
  • Normally  delivery takes 1-3 business days in the North Island (NZ), 2-4 business days in South Island (NZ); and 5-15 business days to Australia, the USA and Canada.
  • For other international deliveries, please contact us for a quote.
  • For orders from our EU warehouse we offer FREE Air Mail delivery to New Zealand, Australia, USA and Canada.
  • It may take 2-6 weeks to deliver to NZ, AU, USA and CAN. The average time is 2,5-3 weeks.
  • Hassle-free return and exchange procedure. First, please let us know in email that you want to exchange or return your purchase. Please give us the details such as order (invoice) number, the item number/name and the reason for exchange/return. The goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Goods being returned need to be new condition, never worn – with tags, and in the original packaging. Return is at customer cost. Refund will only be made to the card or account that was used for payment. Refund doesn’t include shipping costs.
  • Please note we are not responsible for goods while they are in transfer back to our warehouse.
  • When order is over NZ$100 (NZ$129 for AU, USA, CAN) we ship it for free. If you need to get refund then $6 delivery fee ($10 or $15 for AU, and $19 for USA and CAN) will be deducted from the total order cost.
  • If you need to exchange the item then we will ship it for free one more time. If you need to return the item and get refund after the second delivery, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total order cost. For example, you ordered a dress and the size isn’t right. We will ship another one in different size for FREE. If you change your mind and want to return the dress (which we hope will never happen as our dresses are great) then we will issue refund minus cost of two deliveries.
  • Only exchange will be made for sale goods.
  • For safety reasons refunds are processed through EWAY, Paypal, Laybuy, PartPay or via bank transfer. It depends on how you paid for the order. Please note that Paypal processes refunds immediately and then it depends on buyers bank. Money transfer may take up to 30 days. Normally New Zealand banks transfer money in 1-3 business days. If order was paid via bank transfer then refund is organised via bank transfer to the bank account under customer name. Payment made with credit cards on the website will be refunded through EWAY payment system, which normally takes 1-3 business days.
  • We don’t provide refund or exchange for labor and delivery gowns if the package was opened.
  • We don’t provide refund or exchange for any item that was used unless there is a factory defect.

  • There is a small chance (below 5%) that one of the items you have ordered from the EU warehouse is out of stock. In this case, we immediately contact you via email or phone. You can replace it with another item, remove it and get refund or cancel your order. Please note that in case we haven’t heard back from you in 3 business days we will remove the missing item from the order automatically and refund its’ cost.
  • For refunds please post it to our NZ warehouse. After we get it back we process refund immediately.  If you want to get refund for specific items in your order, then we refund the full cost of the item, If you want to get refund for the whole order then $15 delivery fee will be deducted from the total order cost.  For example, you bought a dress for $59, a top for $49 and a skirt for $49. If you want to return one or two items from this order, then you’ll get the full cost of it back. If you want to return all three items then $15 will be deducted from the total cost and you’ll get $142 ($59+$49+$49-$15=$142).

  • All prices are displayed based on user location (if cookies are enabled) in NZ dollars, AU dollars, CAN dollars or US dollars. Default currency is NZ dollar.
  • We accept credit cards or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) via EWAY – a global omnichannel payment provider. EWAY processes credit card payments via secure payment system. We don’t store your credit card details.
  • We accept PayPal payments. It is an easy and secure way to pay for your purchase. Visa and Mastercard are accepted in the PayPal system. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use their service, but you DO need a valid email address and a debit or credit card. Please make sure that you put the correct delivery address through PayPal.
  • We accept payments via Laybuy and PartPay from NZ based customers only.
  • We accept  NZ direct bank transfers only from NZ based customers. Don’t forget to put order number as reference. If you place the order outside New Zealand and pay via international bank transfer, you are NOT eligible for refunds.
